Shipping
We ship worldwilde but unfortunately not to all countries. These are specific countries in Afrika, Asia and some areas in China. After an order is done you will receive an email if the location is not accepted. For watch and clock purchases we are required to declare the value of the product. Watch and clock shipments may be subject to import fees upon arrival in the destination country; any import fees or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
All watches and clocks are shipped with DHL Express. Some lower value products such as watch straps and other accessories will be shipped with Postnl.
Payment
During the order process you are enabled to choose a payment method . If you have concluded your order you will receive an e-mail with an invoice attached to confirm your order. Please check your spam folder in case this e-mail does not arrive.
